ImageTech Corporation was founded in 2011 to deliver the new age of mobile printing technology by industry veterans with a long history of relationships with printer manufacturers and solving printer and communications related problems.

Dr. Edward W. Savarese s the founder of the Company and its Chief Executive Officer. He was also the founder of Com-Guard.com, Inc., in 1998 one of the first companies to recognize the importance of Computer Security and has been a director and Chairman of the Board of Directors since its inception. Dr. Savarese was also the founder and held the positions of Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Imaging Technologies Corporation (formerly Personal Computer Products, Inc.) from 1982 to 1998. From 1981 to 1982, Dr. Savarese was director of sales for SofTech Microsystems, where his responsibilities included establishing and supervising an international sales organization for marketing a microcomputer operating system. From 1978 to 1981, Dr. Savarese was employed by Hewlett Packard Company, first as a sales engineer representative for computer products, and later as district sales manager supervising a sales force in the marketing of mini- and microcomputers. Dr. Savarese holds a Doctorate degree from Columbia University, Teacher’s College, with specialization in educational technology and software and systems design. Dr. Savarese also holds a Master of Science in administration and management from Pace University and a Masters Degree in Education from the State University at New Paltz, New York State.

Rusty Wright is Executive Vice President and has been in the communications industry for over 25 years, providing leadership and vision during the introduction of many data communications services to the North American marketplace.  Mr. Wright has been successful in a wide range of roles including Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Sales. Most recently, Mr. Wright was Sr. Vice President of Product Development for Nexaira.  He held Sr. Management positions at MegaPath, Yipes and most notably, as Vice President of Data Sales for AT&T Canada (which merged with MetroNet). Previously, Mr. Wright spent 15 years at US West in Sales, Marketing and Engineering organizations. During his tenure, Mr. Wright contributed to the development and successful marketing of the Self Healing Network. Mr. Wright was part of InteCom’s engineering and marketing teams, during the development the first integrated Voice Data PBX.  He was part of Xerox’s National Field Operation team supporting the original launch of the Ethernet data communications standard.

Alan F. Miller is the Chief Technical Officer for the Company. Mr. Miller has over 25 years of engineering experience. Mr. Miller has over 20 years of engineering experience. Mr. Miller has held a variety of high technology engineering positions since 1980 for companies including Continental Controls Corporation, Data Electronics, Inc., ImageTech Corporation (formerly Personal Computer Products, Inc.), Internet Magic, Inc., Staff Training Solutions, CuniSoft and Firmware Technologies, Inc. Mr. Miller has worked on a variety of products and technologies, including: component level testing for national defense systems, analog and digital turbine controls, memory products, robotics, laser printers, facsimile machines, internet technologies, etc. Mr. Miller received his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from National University in San Diego.

Anthony (Tony) Barbara – is the Sr. Vice President of Distribution Sales – Mr. Barbara has over 25 year’s direct/indirect sales management experience with proven ability to develop and expand sales/marketing organizations in consumer electronics and wireless markets. Mr. Barbara has successfully managed two start-up firms starting with Cardo Systems in 2003 as Vice President Sales & Marketing and launched the Scala brand of Bluetooth headsets and was President of TrueBlue Wireless where he built a stable reseller organization for wireless accessories in North America.  While at Panasonic for over 10 years he was Director of Corporate System Sales Division where he represented all branded Panasonic products and built strategic selling relationships with Fortune 500 companies.  He also received a BA from City College, NY in Business Administration and Computer Science.  Mr. Barbara has worked for many of the premier Computer Companies, including Sperry Corp and IBM.

Technical & Management Advisory Board

Dr. Harry J. Saal was chosen by the US Department of Justice to lead the Technical Committee charged with monitoring and enforcing the Microsoft Antitrust case. Helping to restore competition in the personal computer industry is an exciting and significant challenge, according to Dr. Saal. Dr. Saal was the founder and CEO of Network General Corporation, the first company wholly dedicated to the area of network diagnostics. Network General and McAfee Associates merged in late 1997 to form Network Associates, which subsequently "un-merged" in 2004.He is active in philanthropy and community affairs, serving on the Board of the Community Foundation Silicon Valley, from whom he received the 1996 Corporate Community Involvement Award. From 1998 through 2003 he served as President of Cultural Initiatives Silicon Valley, a non-profit organization which links a network of public and private cultural agencies and organizations to enhance arts and culture in Silicon Valley. He has served as Vice Chairman of the American Leadership Forum, Silicon Valley Chapter, and in 1995 received their John W. Gardner Leadership Award. As well, he serves on the boards of the American Institute of Mathematics, ZeroOne, the San Jose Airport Arts Oversight Commission, Numenta, Inc. and NetManage, Inc. In 1997, Columbia University awarded Dr. Saal its highest honor, the John Jay Award. He has served as director of several other publically traded high technology firms, most recently including ImageTech Corporation and Borland. Ernst & Young named Dr. Saal the Bay Area 1990 Software Entrepreneur of the Year, and he is also the recipient of the ADL Torch of Liberty Award, the Computer Museum 1994 Computer Bowl MVP, and the JNF Tree of Life Award. Dr. Harry J. Saal is a magna cum laude graduate of Columbia University where he received his Ph.D. in High Energy Physics in 1969. He then served as Deputy Director of the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center's Computation Group and later as Visiting Associate Professor of Computer Science at the State University of New York at Buffalo. From 1973 to 1978, he worked for IBM, at the IBM Scientific Center in Haifa, Israel and the IBM General Products Division in San Jose.

Gerry B. Berg has many years’ experience serving as a financial consultant to private and public companies and in executive capacities, including Chief Financial Officer, for publicly traded companies, including ImageTech Corporation and Greenland Corporation. Mr. Berg is a Certified Public Accountant and served six years with Deloitte+Touche. Mr. Berg holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Walsh College.

Jan Dehesh was employed by Qualcomm, Inc. for 17 years and retired as a Vice President and CIO. Ms. Dehesh has been involved with wireless technology from the beginning of the industry. She has held Board memberships for the Foundation for California Community Colleges, San Diego Telecom Council, American Association of University Women, GoAmerica Communications Corp. and the Wireless Ready Alliance. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of California, San Diego.

Kamal Ayub is a global entrepreneur, with his flagship privately owned company Rayad Group having presence in five continents and is actively involved with Infrastructure, Education, Health Care, Media and Information Technology and an angel investor with start ups.

Kamal from his humble beginnings as a journalist in Bhopal, India, later worked with project finance division of the World bank, ARINC, Infra-metrics, Telonics among others in USA. He was on board of a number of public limited companies and advisor to MTNL (Indian Telecom), Mercantile Bank, State bank of India among others. He was also nominated by President of India as his representative on Central University and Film Censor Board of India.

Joseph Sigismonti has been actively involved in the development, marketing, and sales of computer systems and related products for over 30 years. As an electronics engineer, sales representative, line manager, and corporate executive, he has a proven track record in such well-known companies as McDonnell Douglas, Hewlett Packard, Scientific Atlanta, and Perkin Elmer. Mr. Sigismonti has developed and directed large, high-technology marketing and sales forces worldwide. Mr. Sigismonti has held positions as Vice President of sales and marketing; Vice President of worldwide sales; and Executive Vice President of operations in companies serving various high-technology markets. Additionally, Mr. Sigismonti was a principal and founder of companies providing services in sales/marketing management training/consulting and import/export of electronic products. Mr. Sigismonti received his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Irwin Roth is currently the CEO and Chairman of V Entertainment, Ltd., On-line Entertainment Network, Inc. and GlobalNet Systems, Ltd. Mr. Roth has been a practicing attorney for over 40 years in New York, where he specializes in securities and entertainment law. In past years, he has served as a director and officer of numerous companies and is presently Chairman and CEO of Color Q, Inc. Mr. Roth received a B.A. degree in Political Science in 1952 and a Juris Doctor degree in 1955 from the University of Michigan.
